In 2015, a casting call for the film "Straight Outta Compton" leaked that revealed the misogynistic, racist, and sexist nature of the Hollywood casting process. As the film went on to become a spearhead for diversity, the outrage associated with the leaked casting call dissipated.

With this experimental short film - "Straight Outta Casting" - I wish to bring back the conversation on the discriminatory casting process of Hollywood. By adding a visual element to this particular casting call, I hope to highlight just how ridiculous it is to put a label on beauty, and to prove that beauty itself is undefined and infinite.
